Well done to Mark Canniffe & Philippe Le Roux who played in the U15 Leinster team that won the Interprovinical Series in Belfast this week

Once again Alex Stiles showed his ability to score runs quickly at the highest level. He scored 80 runs off 66 deliveries in a 110 run victory by Ireland U19s over and Worcestershire Academy.

Youth Cricket

Another Fantastic Week of Cricket for our youth teams!

The Juniors put in a great performance in the Gerry Duffy Cup Semi Final last Friday. The team batted first and scored 233 runs which was a super target to set. This qualified them for the Finals on the same afternoon in Leinster CC. With a mad dash and lunch on the go, the boys lined up to play Merrion CC in the Final. Unfortunately, we were narrowly defeated by 5 runs.

The U8s had a great time at their blitz in Leinster CC with Merrion & Leinster last Sunday. Next big line up is a blitz in Malahide CC on Saturday 6th July @10am, meeting 9.45.

The Cubs put in a fantastic performance against Adamstown last Saturday with a great win. Well done to Jude Barrett, hat trick hero against Malahide last Sunday morning.

Minors also had a great afternoon in Terenure CC last Sunday and Monday – enjoying a BBQ and participating in 3-team mini-tournament with an English Touring Team from Foremarke School and the hosts Terenure CC.
