Overseas Player Update

Published on May 09, 2019 03:04 pm
It is with disappointment and some frustration that we have to let you know that Sami Aslam will not be playing in Railway this year.
Sami was unable to fulfil his commitment to start the season with us. With further delays on the horizon, we have decided to draw a line under the situation and concentrate on what we can influence.
We have great faith in the players that are available to us. In the absence of some of our marquee players in recent weeks, we have seen some very promising individual performance with bat and ball. We are in the process of rebuilding a strong Railway team that will compete at the top level in Leinster for years to come. This is what we are focused on.
