Railway Union Cricket Club

Railway Union Cricket Club is a community based family-oriented club that has been playing on Park Avenue since 1904.

 

There are five men’s’ teams playing in Leinster Cricket Union open competitions. The first XI are captained by possibly the best all round club person at Railway Union, Ciarán Divney, play in Division 2. There is also a women’s team and boys’ and girls’ teams for all age groups.

 

Railway Union Cricket Club have a proud history in developing young cricketers in a fun, safe and competitive environment. World Cup hero Kevin O’Brien is one of the many who learned to play cricket and made life-long friends in Railway.
